  1. UFC Velvet Thumbs Up Campaign is organised by Lam Soon Singapore Pte Ltd (the organiser).
  2. This game is open to all residents of Singapore except the employees and families of Lam Soon Singapore Pte Ltd, its associated agencies and all other partners. If a participant is below 18 years of age, the consent of the participant’s parent or legal guardian is deemed to have been obtained.
  3. Winners will be drawn on 12 December 2022 at 63 Club Street Level 3 and will be notified accordingly in due time.
  4. Winners are drawn randomly through a digital draw and will be contacted via WhatsApp through the mobile number provided at the time of registration.
  5. A total prize of 30 sets of UFC Velvet products with mystery flavours worth $62 and $20 shopping vouchers will be awarded. Each participant is entitled to win only one (1) set of prizes.
  6. The shopping voucher is to be used within the stipulated validity period and is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full. The use of the shopping voucher is subjected to the terms and conditions of the merchant.
  7. The organiser reserves the right to substitute the prize with other prizes of similar value at any time without prior notice. The prize is non-replaceable if lost, stolen or damaged.
  8. Prizes must be claimed within one (1) month from the date of announcement to winners. Winners must physically collect the prizes from an office location, which will be disclosed at a later date. All winners must produce proof of identity together with redemption message / email during the collection.
  9. Prizes which remain unclaimed by any winner after the stipulated date shall be conclusively forfeited, and the forfeited prize will be dealt with at the organiser’s discretion in accordance with applicable laws.
  10. The organiser may at its discretion, elect to determine another winner should any winner fail to be contacted for any reason, in accordance with the contest mechanics.
  11. The decision of the organiser on all matters relating to or in connection with the contest is final, and no correspondence will be entertained.
  12. Personal information (including images) collected or received from the participants may be used by the organiser, and/or our respective agents and agencies for the purposes of administering the game, including conducting background checks on participants’ identities and to verify their eligibility to participate and receive prizes. By participating in this game, you consent to the use and/or disclosure of your personal information contained herein for internal and/or external marketing purposes in a manner it deems fit, whilst according your privacy or confidentiality with the highest priority.
  13. Participants shall assume full responsibility in case of any liability, mishap, injury, damage, claim or accident in respect of, in connection with and/or arising from this contest and usage of the prize and agree to release the organiser, and/or our respective agents and agencies of any liability. All transportation, accommodation, personal cost and/or any other related expenses that are incurred in connection with and/or arising from this contest and usage of the prize are the sole responsibility of the participants.
  14. Internet data usage to participate in the contest may be subjected to charges by your service provider / carrier.
  15. The organiser reserves the right to amend or change the terms and conditions of this contest at any time without prior notice. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the Terms and Conditions and the contents of any marketing and/or promotional materials relating to the contest, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
  16. Entry into the contest will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
