  Brand Manager
• Marsiling
  Responsibilities
  1. Brand Management
    • Responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of marketing campaigns (including social media) with the objective of increasing sales turnover and profitability.
    • Develop marketing plans and manage A&P budget.
    • Monitor and analyse sales performance, as well as tracking of competitive environment.
    • Preparation of presentations and provide necessary reports to management.
    • Manage new product developments and conduct surveys.
    • Manage inventory to ensure no / minimum out of stocks or overstock situation.
    • Liaise and communicate effectively with inter-departments and external parties including creative agencies, suppliers etc.
    • Management of day-to-day operations and attending to consumer’s feedback.
  2. E-Commerce and Digital Marketing
    • Responsible for the development of promotional campaigns for e-commerce including collaborating with respective brand team to develop online merchandising strategies.
    • Implement digital marketing activities such as SEO/SEM and social media marketing.
    • Monitor the P&L and e-commerce sales performance.
    • Analyse the performance of promotional activities and consumer’s purchase patterns through web analytics tools.
    • Manage e-commerce website content and ensure accuracy on content updates.
    • Formulate email marketing strategies to generate consumer engagement and sales.
    • Monitor day-to-day e-commerce order fulfilments, operations and consumer enquiries.
    • Keep abreast of competition, digital marketing trends, social media and web technologies.

  Requirements
  • Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in FMCG environment or related field with good knowledge of consumer marketing.
  • Experience in marketing budget planning, sales forecasting and indenting stocks.
  • Good knowledge of social media and digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Knowledge in e-commerce operations, marketing automation, SEO & SEM would be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills in data analysis.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
